All lanes are open on Route 422 after a deadly truck crash in Lower Providence Township Friday morning. The road between Audubon Trooper Road and the Oaks exits was closed early this morning. According to Pennsylvania State Police, the truck driver crossed the median and struck a car traveling in the opposite direction. The driver of the car was killed in the crash.
