MINNEAPOLIS— It will dry and clear at the beginning of the week as cold winds bring temperatures down.

Expect wind gusts from the northwest up to 40 km per hour, with persistent cloud cover in the morning. The skies will clear throughout the day and the sun will soon take over. Highs in the Twin Cities will be around 46.

Tuesday will be mostly clear and slightly warmer. High pressure will move east as clouds move in the day before our next disturbance.

Rain will fall early on Wednesday and continue for most of the day.

By the end of the week it will be dry and seasonably warm, with highs in the 50s.
