Tech billionaire Elon Musk publicly declared himself a “dark MAGA,” joked that killing Democratic candidate Kamala Harris would be “senseless” and spread disinformation about the Biden administration’s efforts to help with hurricane relief.
And that’s just in the past week.
As the elections enter their most critical period, Musk is trying to leverage his star power to generate votes for former President Donald Trump and other Republicans. It’s a case that has already prompted the world’s richest man to cut large checks to political groups, including Musk’s own America PAC.
