Phillip and Kari Gauthier, of Astoria, announce the engagement of their daughter, Katrina Gauthier, of Tempe, Arizona, to Michael Silva, also of Tempe. He is the son of Bernie Silva, of Corvallis.
The bride-to-be graduated from Astoria High School in 2011 and Oregon State University in 2017. She is a personal trainer in Scottsdale, Arizona, and a self-employed fisherman in Bristol Bay, Alaska.
The groom-to-be graduated from Corvallis High School in 2013. He is a production manager in Chandler, Arizona.
A wedding is planned for October 4 in Flagstaff, Arizona.
