Week 8 wasn’t the craziest kicker day this fantasy football season. We didn’t get 20-point scorers after it seemed like kickers were scoring more than position players early in the season. But we did get a 16-point scorer and a 15-point scorer: San Francisco 49ers kicker, Anders Carlson, and Philadelphia Eagles kicker, Jake Elliott, respectively.
It’s a good day at the office when your fantasy kicker can give you 10 fantasy points, so if Elliott gives you 15 points on a day the Eagles dropped 37 points, you’re very happy.
We’ll take what we can get at the kicker position, even though we scored surprisingly high this season.
