The FBI says it has foiled a terrorist plot that targeted America’s largest Jewish community. Federal agents say a 20-year-old supporter of the Islamic State group was arrested by Canadian authorities Wednesday as he tried to cross the border. He is accused of planning a mass shooting at a Jewish community center in Brooklyn.
