An MTA bus driver found a fetus on a bus seat in the 2500 block of Kirk Avenue just after 12:30 a.m. Saturday, a Baltimore police spokesperson said.
Both Baltimore and MTA police responded to the discovery. An investigation is ongoing, but no additional information was available Saturday evening, the BPD spokesperson said.
