The M-85/Fort Street bridge over the Rouge River in southwest Detroit will be closed for repairs for two days this week, the Michigan Department of Transportation announced Saturday.
The route will be closed from Miller Road to Denmark Street as officials work on the bridge. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays it is closed from 7am to 5pm.

The MDOT offered travelers three possible detours. Drivers can use Dix Road, Interstate 75 or West Jefferson Avenue as detour routes.
