Kemba Walker is retiring from basketball.

Walker, a four-time NBA All-Star and national champion at UConn, announced his retirement from basketball on Tuesday at age 34.

Walker played 13 NBA seasons with the Charlotte Hornets, Chicago Bulls, Boston Celtics, New York Knicks and Dallas Mavericks. Last season he played for AS Monaco in the EuroLeague. Now he is moving on to the next chapter.

“I am here to share that I am officially retiring from basketball,” Walker wrote in his retirement announcement. “This was all a dream. Looking back, I still can’t believe all that I have accomplished in my career. …

“Basketball will always be a part of my life, so this is not goodbye. I’m excited for what’s to come.”
