George Norcross accused of using extortion and coercion to acquire property on Camden’s waterfront

The indictment alleges that Norcross and others obtained property rights along the waterfront through extortion and coercion for at least the past twelve years. The state also claims to have collected millions of dollars in state-backed tax credits through legislation they helped pass through influence over government officials.
