Harris and Trump both push for child tax credit increase

Government figures show it now costs more than $300,000 to raise a child from birth to 18. Since 1997, the federal Child Tax Credit has helped parents save some of that money. Now both the Harris and Trump campaigns are proposing supersized versions of the credit. Nancy Cordes reports.
