MINNEAPOLIS— After a slow rain shower Monday night and early Tuesday, a major storm will bring 2 to 3 inches of snow to the Red River Valley on Wednesday.

Temperatures will be in the mid-50s overnight and very early Tuesday morning. There may even be some thunderstorms overnight as warmer air builds up.
