Los Angeles police need help finding a hit-and-run driver who seriously injured an 84-year-old woman in Hollywood.
The crash occurred on May 18 at 6:35 p.m. on Cole Avenue, just north of Santa Monica Boulevard, near the Hollywood Recreation Center.
Investigation shows that the suspect hit the elderly woman when she pulled into the driveway. The suspect drove away from the crash and headed south on Cole Avenue.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics took the woman to a local hospital. Officers said she remained in serious condition Thursday.
Detectives described the vehicle as a black 2004-2010 Pontiac four-door with tinted rear windows and no front license plate.

The city is offering a $25,000 reward for any information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the suspect.
