Compared to October 2023, the average list price of a home increased 16.7% from $306,175.

Listings in Fond du Lac County developed quickly, with an average of 43 days listed, compared to October’s national average of 58 days on market. In the previous month, homes spent an average of 37 days on the market. Approximately 94 new homes came onto the market in October, an increase of 11.9% compared to the 84 new homes in October 2023.
