Compared to October 2023, the average list price of a home fell 4.6% from $298,350.

The average Lenawee County home was 1,835 square feet, listed at $150 per square foot. The price per square meter of homes for sale has increased by 0.5% since October 2023.
Listings in Lenawee County developed quickly, with an average of 55 days listed, compared to October’s national average of 58 days on market. In the previous month, homes were on the market for an average of 48 days. Approximately 104 new homes came onto the market in October, a decrease of 8.8% compared to the 114 new homes in October 2023.
