In what is sure to be one of the most-watched games of Week 4 of the NCAA college football season, the UL Monroe Warhawks take on the Texas Longhorns today. Texas quarterback Arch Manning, son of Cooper Manning and nephew of former NFL greats Eli Manning and Peyton Manning, gets his first start for the Longhorns today.
