(CBS DETROIT) – The human remains of Dale Warner, who is accused of murder in connection with the disappearance of his wife more than three years ago, have been found on a plot of land in Lenawee County.
Michigan State Police said in a statement Sunday that they found human remains during a search of Dale Warner’s property.
Dale Warner’s wife, Dee Warner52, was last seen on April 25, 2021, near her home in Lenawee County.
Dale Warner was arrested in November 2023 and accused of open murder. He was summoned in June 2024 and is being held in custody for trial. He is also accused of tampering with evidence in the case.
Dale Warner denies any involvement in his wife’s disappearance.

Dale Warner is due back in court on September 4 for a preliminary hearing. He is being held in the Lenawee County Jail.
