Hyatt expands the Me and All Hotel Flims brand with the first hotel in Switzerland

The Hyatt Hotels subsidiary has reached a franchise agreement with a subsidiary of the Lindner Hotel Group for the debut of Me and All Hotel Flims in Switzerland.

This is the fifth Hyatt hotel in Switzerland and the first outside Germany since joining Hyatt’s global Lifestyle portfolio. The hotel has 73 keys, including 47 rooms and 26 apartments.

Located in the Graubünden Alps, Me and All Hotel Flims offers a backdrop for holidaymakers and a venue for business retreats and events.

The hotel is located near the Flims-Laax-Falera resort, a ski destination with 210 km of slopes and 330 km of cycle paths.

Easily accessible by rail and road, the property is within easy reach of Zurich and Zurich Airport.

Hyatt North EAME managing director Michel Morauw said: “This hotel represents a significant milestone as Me and All Hotels’ first venture outside Germany, and marks an important step in Hyatt’s ambitious expansion plans for the brand.”

The opening of Me and All Hotel Flims is a move by Hyatt to grow the Me and All Hotels brand across Europe.

Known for its streamlined business model, the brand currently operates six locations in Germany and is known for its public spaces and flexible design.

Jörg Lindner, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Lindner Hotel Group, said: “It has always been our ambition to see Me and All Hotels beyond Germany’s borders, and we are pleased that the brand’s first hotel to open since joining Hyatt, will debut in Switzerland.”

Briana Swift, regional vice president of development for Hyatt Northern Europe, said: “Switzerland is a natural market for the debut of the Me and All Hotel brand outside of Germany, and we remain committed to exploring opportunities to expand the brand to expand across the wider DACH region and greater Europe.”
