Palestinian and Lebanese reports spoke of civilian deaths.
Israeli forces continued their limited, locally concentrated and targeted activities in southern Lebanon, eliminating terrorists, tracking weapons and destroying terrorist infrastructure and launch pads, according to an Israel Defense Forces (IDF) report.
The IDF said more than 150 airstrikes had been carried out in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon within 24 hours on Thursday. It added that the Iran-backed Hezbollah militia had fired 90 projectiles into Israel during the same period.
