Public Service Enterprise Group is a combined electric and gas utility holding company, with regulated operations serving much of New Jersey and part of Long Island, as well as unregulated operations serving the electricity markets in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast . It has two main direct-operating subsidiaries: PSE&G (a regulated utility) and unregulated PSEG Power (electricity generation from nuclear, solar and wind energy). The company also wholly owns PSEG Energy Holding LLC, PSEG Long Island LLC
