A man was fatally injured in Montebello last weekend, authorities said on Sunday.
According to the Los Angeles County Police Department, the shooting happened in the 1100 block of Carob Way on Saturday evening before 8 p.m.
When officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot. He was taken to the hospital, where he died.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting are still under investigation.
