Bond traders have a long weekend ahead of them. Stock traders? Not so much.
The bond market closes on Monday for Veterans Day. However, Wall Street will be open on Monday, while the stock market is open for a regular session.
Both markets are expected to be closed for other upcoming holidays, including: Thanksgiving, which falls on Thursday, November 28; Christmas, which falls on Wednesday, December 25; and New Year’s Day, which falls on Wednesday, January 1.
The stock market will also close early on the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve, while the bond markets will close early on those same days and on New Year’s Eve.
