Israelis have struck Beit Lahia in the Gaza Strip again, the Health Ministry says

At least 10 people have been killed in Israeli army attacks in the Gaza Strip, the Hamas-controlled Health Ministry said on Wednesday.

Residential blocks and the Kamal Adwan hospital in Beit Lahia in the north had come under fire, the health authority said.

Hospital director Hussam Abu Safiya told Palestinian news agency WAFA that the intensive care unit had been hit and set on fire. Although the patients were rescued, the situation was catastrophic, he said.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) said it was checking the report.
