John Dougherty reports to prison Tuesday to begin a six-year prison sentence

Convicted former Philadelphia labor leader John Dougherty will report to prison on Tuesday, October 1, to begin his six-year sentence. Dougherty was convicted in two trials earlier this year of corruption and embezzlement.
