Police in Kansas City, Kansas, are investigating a shooting that left a man dead Friday evening.
Police were called to the area of Sixth Street and Splitlog Avenue around 5 p.m. for reports of a shooting. There they found a man with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A suspect has been arrested, but police are still investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call the Crime Stoppers TIPS hotline at 816-474-8477. Tips remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward.
