India’s professional services firm KPMG has partnered with software company SecurityBridge to enhance SAP security services for businesses.
The strategic alliance will integrate SecurityBridge’s Command Center for SAP into KPMG’s service offering in India. This is claimed to provide customers with critical insights and enhanced protection into the SAP security landscape.
Commenting on the alliance, cyber insurance partner and head of KPMG Sundar Ramaswamy said: “The integration of SecurityBridge’s SAP security platform into KPMG’s cyber insurance offering in India will enable us to deliver greater value to clients, protecting clients with important increase insights into their security posture and make them more resilient in dealing with today’s multi-faceted cybersecurity scenario.”
KPMG’s cybersecurity consulting expertise in India will be combined with SecurityBridge’s technology to enable clients to better protect their digital environments.
The services offered through this alliance will leverage SecurityBridge’s SAP security platform, allowing KPMG in India to broaden its cybersecurity services.
The joint effort will ensure a comprehensive approach to security, including real-time threat monitoring and enhanced compliance capabilities.
KPMG in India cyber assurance associate partner Muthu Kumaran said: “Our alliance with SecurityBridge brings together SecurityBridge’s cybersecurity technology with KPMG in India’s deep consulting expertise in cyber assurance.”
SecurityBridge APAC managing director Onno Coenen said: “This partnership with KPMG in India is an essential part of SecurityBridge’s rapid expansion in the APAC region.
“By joining forces with KPMG in India, we aim to strengthen our presence and offer comprehensive SAP security services to SAP customers in India and the Asia Pacific region.”
In September 2024, KPMG in India announced a partnership with ISACA, a global association of IT governance and cybersecurity professionals, to strengthen global adoption of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) framework.
This partnership strengthens collaboration, allowing both organizations to increase their reach and impact within the CMMI ecosystem.
