Authorities are investigating a crash that left a pedestrian hospitalized Tuesday morning in Malibu.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the crash happened around 5 a.m. in the 30100 block of Pacific Coast Highway.
Officers arrived to find the pedestrian, described only as a male, injured after being struck by a car in the eastbound lanes of the road.
He was admitted to hospital in unknown condition.
Investigators had no immediate description of the car involved or a suspect.
