Man accused of murder and sexual abuse of missing teen Na’Ziyah Harris charged

Jarvis Butts, 41, of Detroit, was charged with first-degree murder, second-degree criminal sexual conduct and child sexual abuse. Butts was arraigned Friday afternoon and remanded to jail. He is back in court on October 4 for a probable cause conference and has a preliminary examination on October 10.
