Man breaks into building under construction and steals nearly $15,000 worth of tools

Officers released surveillance images of a burglary suspect in Carroll County in hopes someone would recognize him.

Carroll County deputies said the incident happened on Nov. 24. The man seen in the surveillance video is accused of burglarizing a building under construction on Carrollton Villa Rica Highway.

Investigators say the thief stole nearly $15,000 worth of tools and materials.
