A 38-year-old man was arrested and charged with abuse after allegedly abusing a 28-year-old woman in the presence of a child under 14 years old.
The alleged incident took place in Pearl City on Wednesday at 5:55 p.m. The man was positively identified and arrested without incident shortly after at 6:28 p.m
