The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a double homicide Wednesday morning.
The incident happened around 4 a.m. at 700 Springs East Road.
Officers told Channel 9’s Dave Faherty that a man and a woman were pronounced dead at the scene.
A second man was also taken to CaroMont Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, according to officers.

Deputies said 32-year-old Conway Glenn Storm has been arrested in connection with the case.
Storm has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder.
