A man died after a shooting in West Philadelphia on Friday evening, Philadelphia police said.
Officials responded to the area of ​​59th and Callowhill streets for a shooting after 9 p.m. They said a 31-year-old man was shot multiple times in the body.
The man was taken by police to Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center and pronounced dead at 9:23 p.m.
No weapons have been recovered at this time and no arrests have been made.
