An investigation is underway after a man was found shot to death in Lynwood early Saturday morning.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the shooting happened around 1 a.m.
After hearing about the incident, officers were dispatched to the 5100 block of E. Imperial Highway, where they found a man with at least one gunshot wound.
He was taken to a nearby hospital by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics, where he was later pronounced dead.
No information was provided about a suspect or motive for the shooting.
