One man was killed after a shooting at an affordable housing complex in Upper Land Park on Sunday afternoon, Sacramento police said.
Officers were called to the Alder Grove Apartments at Kit Carson and Revere streets just before 1:30 p.m. for a report of a shooting, said Officer Allison Smith, a spokeswoman for the Sacramento Police Department.
One man suffered at least one gunshot wound and died at the scene, Allison said.
Officers have not released any arrests or suspect information. The investigation is ongoing.
