Man shot and seriously injured on Clark Street in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood

CHICAGO (CBS) — A man was shot Wednesday afternoon on busy Clark Street in the Lincoln Park neighborhood.

The shooting happened just before sunset on the east side of Clark Street in the 2400 block.

The Chicago Fire Department said one man was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in critical condition.

Evidence technicians arrived on scene at 5 p.m. Clark Street was blocked between Arlington Place and Fullerton Parkway.
