A survey conducted by Williams Law Firm, PC found that the top 10 states were most concerned about the potential health risks of asbestos, with Massachusetts in second place.
The research used the Google ‘Keyword Planner’ program to look up keywords related to and associated with asbestos. They were able to narrow down the top 10 states that searched for this most often. The most common search terms were asbestos and mesothelioma.

Under the Clean Air Act, there are regulations regarding the use of asbestos in Massachusetts, but there is still no complete ban on the use of asbestos.
