Mayor Cherelle Parker signs her first budget for Philadelphia

Mayor Parker signed her first budget for Philadelphia on Friday afternoon. The budget is $6.37 billion. She said it focuses on top priorities such as public safety, cleaning and greening and economic opportunities. She thanked the council for its support and said it was passed “without much drama.”
