Mayor Parker discusses the housing crisis in West Philadelphia

Not Mayor Parker took a few other mayors from around the country on tour Thursday. Parker was with a group from the U.S. Council of Mayors at the Brith Shalom House in West Philadelphia. they discussed different ways to address the housing crisis at the local level. Mayor Parker renewed a pledge to create 30,000 homes in Philadelphia.
