(CBS DETROIT) – Warming centers are opening as temperatures drop and Metro Detroit experiences snow showers.

Here is a list of available warming centers:

Macomb County

Armada

Armada Senior Center: 75400 North Ave.

  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm

Bruce Congregation

Bruce Municipal Office: 223 E. Gates St.

  • Monday to Wednesday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Oakland County

Farmington Hills

Fire Station #5: 31455 W. 11 Mile Road

  • 5:00 PM on December 4 to 7:00 AM on December 5
  • 5:00 PM on December 5 to 7:00 AM on December 6

Costick Activity Center: 28600 W. 11 Mile Road

  • December 5 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m
