Uncrowned has the results of Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul, live round-by-round updates, start time and highlights for the Tyson vs. Paul fight card on Friday at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Legendary former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson takes on YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul in an eight-round professional boxing match live on Netflix.

Tyson (50-6, 44 KOs) last competed in a November 2020 exhibition match against fellow Hall of Famer Roy Jones Jr., which ended in a split draw. Now 58 years old, Tyson’s most recent professional appearance in the ring came nearly two decades ago, in a sixth-round TKO loss to Kevin McBride in 2005. He will be nearly thirty years older than Paul when the two collide. Tyson punched Paul in the face during Thursday’s final showdown, sparking a near-fight in a wild scene.

Paul (10-1, 7 KOs) has defeated an array of opposition since beginning his professional boxing career in 2020, defeating NBA’s Nate Robinson, MMA’s Tyron Woodley and Ben Askren, and most recently standout boxer Mike Perry. The 27-year-old former Disney star has also defeated MMA legends Anderson Silva and Nate Diaz on points. His only loss in the ring came in 2023 at the hands of Tommy Fury, the younger brother of former heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.

Tyson vs. Paul will be contested under modified rules, with eight two-minute rounds instead of the usual three-minute rounds in men’s boxing, and with heavier 14-ounce gloves instead of the usual 10-ounce gloves for professional heavyweight fights. The fight will take place on the professional records of both competitors.

The highly anticipated co-fight sees Katie Taylor (23-1, 6 KOs) and Amanda Serrano (47-2-1, 31 KOs) rematch their April 2022 thriller with Taylor’s super lightweight titles on the line. Ireland’s Taylor, 38, defeated Puerto Rico’s Serrano, 36, in a divisive split decision (97-93, 96-94, 94-96) in their first meeting, which served as the first women’s boxing fight to headline Madison Square Garden stood. widely hailed as the 2022 fight of the year.

The start time of Tyson vs. Paul for the preliminary card is at 5:30 PM ET on the Netflix Sports and MVP Promotions YouTube channels. The main card airs live at 8:00 PM ET, free for Netflix subscribers.

Watch the Tyson vs. Paul will livestream on Uncrowned from 5:30 PM ET.

Live59 updates

  • Goyat vs. Nunes – Round 5

Goyat relieved Nunes in the third minute. The Brazilian doesn’t know how to defend himself against those punches. If Goyat was as naturally heavy as Nunes or focused more on power, this fight would already be over. One-sided match.

    10-9 Goyat, 50-45 Goyat.

  • Goyat vs. Nunes – Round 4

Six-punch combination from Goyat in the last 30 seconds, each shot landing cleanly on a stunned Nunes, a debutant clearly out of his league at this level. Goyat didn’t come into that combination with any force, just as he didn’t do most of his work tonight. However, Nunes is still supported by some of these combos.

    10-9 Goyat, 40-36 Goyat.

  • Goyat vs. Nunes – Round 3

Nunes finally lets go of his hands, and he does it with body work. Goyat is clearly not in top condition and appears to be breathing heavily; he might get tired of the piece. A few hooks from Goyat land, Goyat wants to counter this with short hooks. Nunes lands the left hook shot, but no visible impact on Goyat. Goyat ends the round with a short, arching right hand.

    10-9 Goyat, 30-27 Goyat.

  • Goyat vs. Nunes – Round 2

Goyat does not rely on power, but is happy to “shoe shine” Nunes. Goyat threw more than twenty punches and brought Nunes back from the middle of the ring to the ring ropes. This is a mismatch.

    10-9 Goyat, 20-18 Goyat.

  • Goyat vs. Nunes – Round 1

Goyat looked several leagues above Nunes in the opener. The Indian boxed with his hands down, using head movements and sharp combinations. Nunes won’t be able to match this speed. Nunes felt the power early with a left counter from Goyat. Goyat closed the round with a strong counter right hand.

    10-9 Gojat.

  • Neeraj Goyat vs Whindersson Nunes prediction

160 pounds: Neeraj Goyat vs. Whindersson Nunes

Paul vs. Tyson can’t be outdone in the freak show category, but Friday’s card also has these to give it a good run for its money.

Whindersson Nunes, 29, is a Brazilian YouTuber who followed Paul’s blueprint and decided he wanted to box. His success rate has been mixed in his amateur matches thus far. Like Paul, Nunes competed against MMA fighters and fellow YouTubers before making his professional debut in September 2023, which he lost to Thai YouTuber ‘My Mate Nate’.

What am I actually typing here?

33-year-old Neeraj Goyat is a true 18-4-2 professional boxer and 2-0 MMA fighter with several national and international accolades. This is something that happens.

    Choice: Goyat

  • On-site report: Shadasia Green def. Melinda Watpool

ARLINGTON, Texas – Shadasia Green made the most of her second chance at a women’s super middleweight title on Friday night.

Green defeated previously undefeated Melinda Watpool on two scorecards to win their 10-round, 168-pound championship bout by split decision on the undercard between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul at AT&T Stadium. Green (15-1, 11 KOs), of Paterson, New Jersey, won the vacant WBO super middleweight title by defeating Toronto’s Watpool (7-1, 2 KOs) in the last of three bouts streamed on the YouTube Netflix Sports channel.

Judges Lisa Giampa (97-93) and Justin Reyes (96-94) scored seven and six rounds, respectively, for Green. Judge Jeremy Hayes scored Watpool the winner 96-94.

The action now shifts to Netflix for four more matches at 8:00 PM ET.

The stronger Green remained largely in control and seemingly collected points in her largely uneventful encounter with Watpool. She knocked Watpool off balance by landing a right hand about 35 seconds into the sixth round.

Watpool also survived some trouble later in the sixth round. However, she did not consistently connect with flush punches on Green, and had little success offensively against a more aggressive Green except during the ninth round.

Two fights before the culmination of Green’s career, she dropped a 10-round unanimous decision to former undisputed super middleweight champion Franchon Crews-Dezurn (9-2, 2 KOs). Green and Baltimore’s Crews-Dezurn fought for the then-unclaimed WBC super-middleweight crown last December 15 at Caribe Royale Orlando in Orlando, Florida.

The 35-year-old Green, a former point guard for Old Dominion University, is represented by Paul’s MVP Promotions.

  • Opening the main card: Neeraj Goyat vs. Whindersson Nunes

Indian Neeraj Goyat (19-4-2, 8 KOs) welcomes Brazilian internet star Whindersson Nunes (0-0) to professional boxing in a six-round bout contested slightly above the middleweight limit.

  • End of preliminaries

The three-fight prelims have now been completed, with the rest of the card kicking off at 8:00 PM ET.

  • Green beats Watpool of SD

Shadasia Green takes a close split decision (97-93 Green, 96-94 Watpool, 96-94 Green) over Melinda Watpool to win the vacant WBO super middleweight title.

  • Green vs Watpool – Round 10

Watpool takes the fight to Green in the final round, Green doesn’t seem to fight with any urgency and just boxes the 10th behind her jab. Watpool was more aggressive, but little of note came out of it. Close round, close fight – the scorecards will be interesting.

10-9 Watpool. Final score: 96-94 Watpool.
