Authorities say the body of a missing woman was discovered last weekend in a Hesperia Aqueduct.

The woman, identified as 69-year-old Supranee Poolswasdi, reportedly left her home in the 13800 block of Mayapple Street around 2:30 a.m. Saturday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

“She left without her wallet and cell phone and has not been seen since,” said the statement released earlier Saturday. “Poolswasdi has medical conditions and may become confused without her medications.”

Around 5 p.m., officers reported they were able to follow the trail from Poolswasdi to the nearby California Aqueduct using a tracking K9.

“Investigators believed Poolswasdi may have entered the aqueduct and requested assistance from the sheriff’s dive team,” a later statement said.

Divers found her body around 1 p.m., they said. She was pulled from the water and identified as the missing woman. Investigators say they don’t believe there are signs of foul play.

No further information was provided.
