WIND: Tropical storm conditions are expected in the warning area and possible in the Cuba observation area today. Tropical storm conditions are expected today through Tuesday in the warning area in parts of the southeastern Bahamas and possibly in the watch area in parts of the central Bahamas.
RAINFALL: Rain amounts of 6 to 12 inches are expected in eastern Cuba through Wednesday morning, with isolated amounts of 7 inches. In the southeastern Bahamas, 3 to 5 inches are expected, with isolated amounts around 8 inches. Another 2 to 4 inches of rain is expected in the Turks and Caicos Islands through Wednesday morning.

STORM SPLASH: Water levels of 1 to 3 feet above normal tide levels are expected along Cuba’s northern coast in areas with onshore winds. Near the coast the wave will be accompanied by large and destructive waves.
