The free agency negotiating window opens at 6:00 PM ET on Sunday, when any NBA team can negotiate with players on the market and perhaps even make a deal. Those deals can’t be signed until July 6 at 12:01 a.m. ET, but there will be plenty of transactional action until then and beyond.
