Nearly 1 in 4 Millennials and Gen Z adults say they don’t want children for financial reasons, survey finds

A new survey from Mass Mutual finds that about 23% of adults ages 18 to 43 say they don’t want children because they value their financial freedom and are concerned about the costs of raising kids. CBS MoneyWatch associate managing editor Aimee Picchi has more.
