A new trampoline park is coming to Rock Hill’s Galleria Mall.

The Warren Norman Company announced the addition Wednesday. Big Air adds a ninja course, climbing walls, zip line, dodgeball and a mechanical bull. There are also areas for children aged 6 and under, a café and party rooms.

The new jumping area will take up 30,000 square meters of space in the shopping center. There are six Big Air locations in South Carolina and sixteen nationally.

Rock Hill native Ashley Colwell and her husband John will open their second Big Air, according to the announcement. The couple also owns one in Lexington.

“Our roots are here in Rock Hill,” Ashley Colwell said in the announcement.

The 2295 Dave Lyle Blvd. location connects to a shopping center anchored by Belk, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Ashley Furniture. There is also the Stars and Strikes bowling alley.

After being involved in the land development for Galleria Mall decades ago, Warren Norman purchased the mall five years ago.

The new trampoline park will be designed in space and employ approximately 100 people. It should open in the third quarter of next year.
