North Texas Man Arrested, Accused of Threatening FBI Agent Following Hunter Biden’s Verdict

FORT WORTH — A North Texas man was arrested Thursday and charged with threatening an FBI agent known to be involved in an investigation into Hunter Biden.

On Tuesday, Hunter Biden was found guilty of all three federal gun crimes he faced, ruling that he had violated laws designed to prevent drug addicts from owning firearms.

Not long after the verdict, just after 5 p.m., 43-year-old Timothy Muller called an FBI special agent, the complaint said. This agent was known to be involved in an investigation into a Biden laptop.

The complaint states that Muller said “hey” and the officer disconnected the call.

Muller immediately called back and reportedly left a message lasting more than a minute threatening the officer and his family.

“You can run, but you can’t [expletive] hide,’ Muller is said to have said. ‘You hid child pornography. You covered yourself [H.B.] rape his [expletive] niece.”

“So here’s how it’s going to go,” Muller continued. “[T.]We’re going to win re-election, and off we go [expletive] go through the FBI and just start throwing yourself [expletive]s in prison. Or you can steal another election, and then the guns will come out and we’ll hunt you down [expletive]s down and slaughter you like the treacherous dogs you are [expletive] houses. In your own [expletive] beds. The last thing you will ever hear are the shocked cries of your widows and orphans. And do you know what we’re going to do? … We’re going to completely slaughter you [expletive] family.”

Muller is said to have followed the voice messages with several text messages, including: “How’s the family doing? Safe?” and “Did you do that? [expletive]Do you really think you could disenfranchise 75 million Americans and not die? LOL.”

Muller was charged Thursday via a criminal complaint with making threatening interstate communications and influencing, obstructing or retaliating against a federal official. He was arrested outside his home Thursday morning without incident.

If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison.
