Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies track a stolen Kia on the 110 Freeway in South Los Angeles.
The Kia Soul is driving recklessly and too fast on the northbound 405 Freeway, near LAX.
At approximately 12:54 p.m., the Kia entered a public road and drove at a high rate of speed in the Hawthorne neighborhood.
