Cast members and celebrity guests enter the red carpet of the “House of the DragonSeason two premieres Monday in New York City. Among the cast members, Olivia Cooke and Emma D’Arcy made fierce fashion statements that combined fantasy inspiration with royal attire.

Olivia Cooke
Cooke gave a masterclass when it came to combining fantasy genre inspiration with elegant, regal clothing. The actress made a sleeveless dress from Loewe’s fall 2024 ready-to-wear collection. The blue dress had dramatic cutouts and a striking black belt at the waist.
Cooke’s hair, styled by Ben Skervin, was pulled back with a few strands to frame her face. Her makeup included dramatic eyes and a soft lip by Hung Vanngo. Cooke’s look was put together by stylist Jamie Mizrahi.
Emma D’Arcy
D’Arcy dressed in a glittering look from Celine. The ensemble consisted of a black jacket with glittering details, leather trousers, a white button-up shirt and a skinny black tie. The actor’s hair was styled by Adam Markarian, with makeup by Holly Silius. D’Arcy’s look was put together by stylist Rose Forde.
Matt Smith
Matt Smith kept it classic with his look for the season two premiere of “House of the Dragon” in New York City. The actor put a twist on the traditional black suit, taking his black and white outfit to the next level with a bright white tie.
Eva Best
Embracing the darker side of the color spectrum, Eve Best made a sleek, black, one-shoulder dress for her look at the season two premiere of ‘House of the Dragon.’

Alduso Mbedu opted for a glorious tiered dress in shades of blue, black and white for her look at the season two premiere of ‘House of the Dragon’. She created this strapless piece from Haute Afrika, with intricate wave-like pattern details and a statement bow at the bust.

‘House of the Dragon’ is the prequel series to the Emmy-winning series ‘Game of Thrones’. The HBO series follows the family war between members of House Targaryen as they battle for the Iron Throne. Season two debuts June 16 on Max.
