Authorities are investigating a deadly shooting that happened in Maywood on Sunday.
It was reported around 7:30 p.m., and officers were dispatched to the 4800 block of E. 58th Street, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
They arrived to find a man at the scene suffering from at least one gunshot wound. His identity has not yet been released.
SkyCal flew over the scene of the shooting, near the YMCA in southwest Rio Vista, where several patrol cars could be blocking a large perimeter near a parking lot in the area.
No information was provided on a suspect or motive for the shooting.
