At least one person was injured late Monday night when a car crashed into a restaurant in Burbank.
The accident happened at the Veggie Grill restaurant, located in the 4300 block of Riverside Drive near Rose Street, around 10 p.m.
The circumstances leading to the crash remain under investigation.
The status of the victim was not immediately known.
SkyCal flew over the scene of the incident, where a large police perimeter was visible to give the crew room to work. A large hole was visible in the side of the restaurant.
Workers from the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety were expected to arrive on site to assess the integrity of the structure.
